Five questions about what you have built, tested and can prove. You get your technology and business readiness — worked out from evidence, not picked off a ladder — and the schemes that fit where you are now.

How your review is produced
Not one pass over your document. Five, each answering a different question, with the answers reconciled against each other before anything is written.
Upload
Proposal, plus any annexes, budget or deck you want reconciled against it.
Programme rules
Routed to that programme’s own contract — criteria, thresholds, page limits, eligibility.
Audit passes
Excellence, Impact and Implementation assessed separately, so a strong section cannot mask a weak one.
Reconciliation
Every claim checked against every other document you gave us. Contradictions surface here.
Report delivery
A three-page Fix Sheet and the full review, by email, as PDFs.
What a finding actually looks like
Where it is, the rule it breaks, the fix — and a test for the rewrite. Always quoted from your own document.
CriticalImplementation
Issue
Partner ownership of the exploitable result is never stated. Two partners are described as owning the same output.
Where
Section 3.2, p.14 against Annex B, p.3
Why it costs you
Evaluators are required to assess exploitation credibility. An unresolved ownership question reads as an unmanaged risk, not an oversight.
Fix
Name the owning partner and the licence route back to the consortium in 3.2, and make Annex B agree.
Re-review test
A reader can answer “who owns it and on what terms” from 3.2 alone.
HighImpact
Issue
The market figure is asserted without a source, and the addressable share is not derived from it.
Where
Section 2.1, p.8
Why it costs you
An unsourced number invites the evaluator to discount every figure that depends on it, including your revenue model.
Fix
Cite the source and year, then show the two assumptions that take you from total market to your served share.
Re-review test
Each figure traces to a source or a stated assumption.
HighCross-document
Issue
The proposal promises a pilot in month 9. The budget funds no pilot costs before month 14.
Where
Proposal §4.1 vs Budget, WP3 vs Gantt, p.2
Why it costs you
This is the class of error a human reviewer misses at 11pm and an evaluator finds first, because they read the budget against the plan.
Fix
Move the pilot to month 14, or fund it in WP3 from month 8. Make the Gantt match whichever you choose.
Consultancies, grant offices and accelerators run the first pass on every draft in parallel, so their experts spend deadline week on the judgement calls. Volume packages are arranged by hand while this is a pilot.
Qazi Sohail Ahmad — two decades writing and reviewing EU and national grant applications. The evaluator knowledge in this engine is his, written down and versioned rather than held in one person’s head.
GrantWise is small and says so. Packages are invoiced personally, support comes from the founder, and nothing here claims a team that does not exist.

Frequently asked questions
What exactly do I receive?
A three-page Fix Sheet with the changes that matter most, and the full review behind it, as PDFs. Every finding quotes your text, names the rule it breaks and gives a correction with a model answer. We do not pad reports to reach a number.
What does it cost, and do I pay before or after?
You pay once, before the review runs: €50 for shorter applications (EIC Stage 1, Women TechEU, Innowwide, Oppstartstilskudd 1) and €150 for full dossiers (EIC Stage 2, EIC Transition, EIC Pathfinder, ERC Proof of Concept, Horizon Europe, Eurostars, Oppstartstilskudd 2, SkatteFUNN, the EIT KICs). No account, no subscription, 14-day money back. Reviewing several a year? Volume packages start at €1,200.
Why is there no free preview?
Each review costs real model time, and we would rather charge honestly than raise the price for everyone who buys. Instead you can read a complete sample report first, use the free readiness check and checklists, and get a refund if your review is not worth it.
Is this an official evaluation?
No. It simulates how an evaluator reads against published criteria. It cannot predict a funding decision and it can be wrong — check every fact, deadline and eligibility statement against your official call.
How long does it take, and do I have to wait on the page?
Usually five to eight minutes; large dossiers take longer. You can close the tab — the report arrives by email.
Can I get a re-review after fixing things?
Yes — that is the intended use. Fix the top corrections, upload again, and compare the two reports.
What happens to my proposal?
Processed in memory in the EU, never written to disk, never used for training. Only the generated report is kept, until it is delivered or the recovery window expires. Full privacy policy.
Do I lose my right to cancel by buying?
No. We do not ask you to waive your 14-day cooling-off period — change your mind within 14 days and you get a full refund.
See it the way the evaluator will — while you can still change it
Pay once, get the review in five to eight minutes, and a refund if it gives you nothing worth acting on.
We respect your privacy. By default we measure which pages people use with
PostHog, hosted in the EU, storing nothing on your device — no cookie, no ID, gone when you close the tab.
Accepting lets us remember a returning visit, which helps us see what actually works. Declining stops measurement
altogether. No advertising networks, no ad tracking, no data sold, and no screen recording. Proposals you upload are
processed in memory and never sent to any analytics tool. See our Privacy Policy.
