◆ Evidence-led EU proposal quality assurance

Find the weaknesses an evaluator may challenge before submission.

Upload a Horizon Europe, EIC Accelerator, Eurostars or Innowwide proposal. GrantWise returns a simulated, criteria-aligned assessment with traceable evidence, a confidence label and a ranked revision plan. It supports professional judgement; it does not predict the official decision.

Five review layers beyond a general AI prompt

ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are useful general tools. GrantWise is a repeatable proposal-review workflow built around the selected funding programme and your actual dossier.

1Programme-specific review contract

The selected programme loads its own evaluator method, drafting guidance, eligibility signals, criteria, thresholds and document requirements instead of relying on a prompt you must design.

2Whole-dossier consistency

Where relevant, the proposal is reconciled with its workplan, pitch deck, budget, annexes and uploaded call material so contradictions surface across documents.

3Traceable evidence—not generic advice

Every graded finding needs a proposal location, evidence basis, applicable requirement, concrete correction and a condition for passing re-review.

4Conservative scoring and challenge

Deterministic preflight, findings-derived scoring and a separate challenge pass for unusually favourable results reduce flattering but unsupported conclusions.

5A revision deliverable

You receive ranked priorities, model-answer patterns, a shareable PDF and revision comparison—not just a disposable chat response.

This is not a claim that the underlying model is “five times smarter.” It is five specialist quality-control layers designed for proposal review that a single general-purpose prompt normally does not provide.

See the report before you trust the service

These are shortened structural previews. They show how the actual review is organised, scored and written. A paid report is substantially longer and more detailed, with more findings, criterion analysis, evidence tracing and proposal-specific corrections. All examples use fictional applicants and contain no customer data.

Proof before promises

Already quality-controlled: deterministic document preflight, programme-specific review contracts, evidence traceability, findings-derived scoring, a complete Horizon scorecard and a challenge pass for unusually favourable results.

Not yet claimed: GrantWise has not published a statistically sufficient benchmark against official ESRs. Until that study is complete, results are labelled as simulated assessments—not funding predictions.

Built for confidential professional review

Your work is confidential and time-critical. The service is built around both.

Your proposal is deleted

Your file is parsed in memory and never written to disk or a database. We keep only the generated report for up to 7 days so you can choose whether to unlock it.

Processed in the EU

Evaluation runs on EU-region infrastructure (europe-west1). Your text is never used to train any model.

The right review contract

EIC, Eurostars and Innowwide load their own programme-specific review methods. Horizon lets you add the Call ID, topic or official call material; without it, the report clearly states that it is programme-level.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly do I receive?

A programme-specific simulated assessment, evidence-backed findings, ranked corrections, model-answer patterns and a shareable PDF. EIC uses qualitative verdicts rather than invented numerical scores. Eurostars uses its native 1–6 structure and criterion thresholds. Innowwide uses its native 30/40/30 structure and reconciles the application with the mandatory workplan.

Why is this better than asking a general AI subscription?

A general AI can be useful, but the result depends heavily on the prompt and context you construct. GrantWise applies a repeatable five-layer workflow: the correct programme contract, whole-dossier reconciliation, traceable evidence, conservative scoring and a revision-ready deliverable. It is not a claim that the underlying model is five times smarter; the advantage is the controlled review process around it.

Which files should I upload?

The form changes automatically. EIC Stage 1 shows the short proposal and optional pitch deck. Stage 2 shows the full proposal and optional evidence annexes. Eurostars asks only for the application. Innowwide asks for the application and mandatory workplan. Horizon additionally offers Call ID, topic and official call material. Video pitches are never uploaded or assessed.

Can I inspect a report before uploading confidential material?

Yes. View the four synthetic EIC Stage 1, EIC Stage 2, Eurostars and Innowwide reports above. These are intentionally shortened previews that show the structure, scoring language and style of corrections. Actual paid reports are substantially longer and more detailed. The samples use fictional applicants, contain no customer data and are not presented as proof of benchmark accuracy.

How accurate is the scoring?

The engine derives results conservatively from graded findings and the programme's own review contract. Confidence depends on evidence traceability and grounding. The result remains a simulated estimate and should be combined with qualified human review for eligibility, legal, financial and scientific claims.

How long does it take?

Typically 2–5 minutes. You can close the page after submitting—your free score preview arrives by email.

Is this an official evaluation?

No. It is an independent pre-submission simulation designed to surface gaps before submission. It is not an assessment by the European Commission, EIC or Eureka and does not predict a funding decision.

Can I get a re-review after fixing things?

Yes. Fix the top corrections and upload the revised version. Comparing the reports shows which issues resolved, persisted, worsened or appeared in the new version.

What does it cost, and is there a subscription?

The score preview and two priority fixes are free. The completed report is €69 for EIC Stage 1 or Innowwide and €99 for EIC Stage 2, Eurostars or Horizon Europe during the founding-customer phase. There is no account and no subscription. If a paid report is materially incomplete, contact us so we can correct it or refund it.
