Terms of Service

1. The service

GrantWise provides automated, simulated pre-submission assessments of funding proposals. It may produce scores, qualitative verdicts, findings, drafting patterns and revision priorities. It is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the European Commission, EIC, Eureka or any funding authority.

2. No funding prediction or professional advice

The output is probabilistic quality-assurance support, not an official evaluation, eligibility decision or legal, financial, scientific or investment advice. You remain responsible for verifying the applicable call documents, facts, calculations, rights and submission. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, funding or a particular score.

3. Ordering and payment

A free preview may be offered before purchase. Founding-customer one-off prices are €69 for EIC Stage 1 and Innowwide, and €99 for EIC Stage 2, Horizon Europe and Eurostars full reviews. Stripe processes payment. No subscription starts from a one-off review. Prices shown at checkout control if the website and these terms temporarily differ. Introductory pricing may change for future orders; it does not alter an order already completed.

4. Delivery and refunds

The full report is normally delivered by email after confirmed payment. If delivery fails, the service may display the report in the browser. Contact us if a paid report is materially incomplete or cannot be delivered; we will retry, correct the service or refund where appropriate. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Your documents

You confirm that you are authorised to upload the proposal and related material. Uploaded files are processed in memory for the requested review and are not retained. A generated report and delivery email may be held for up to seven days for the preview/unlock flow. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Intellectual property

You retain rights in your uploaded content. You may use the report for your own proposal and internal professional work. GrantWise retains rights in its software, review profiles, evaluation methods, skill corpus, report design and brand. You may not extract the service or knowledge base at scale to build a competing product.

7. Acceptable use

Do not upload material unlawfully, attempt to bypass security or payment, overload the service, use output to mislead a funder, or represent a GrantWise report as an official evaluation.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but may be temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, liability for ordinary negligence is limited to the amount paid for the affected review. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Privacy and providers

Current service providers include Cloudflare for website delivery, Google Cloud/Vertex AI for EU-region processing, Firestore for temporary generated-report storage, Resend for email, and Stripe for payment. Provider use may change as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Law and changes

Texas law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. We may update these terms for future orders; the version accepted when ordering governs that order.
